Mughlai Chicken Curry
Mughlai style dishes are very rich, creamy, not too spicy types. This types of recipes are truly inspired by the Mughal dynasty. This chicken curry is very easy to make but tastes awesome. This recipe is totally my own creation, no adoption or inspiration from any other websites. Usually I always order Mughlai dishes in restaurants, because the curries are always smooth, creamy little sweeter in taste. Mughlai Chicken is one of my favorite Mughlai dishes. I always have this curry with Tandoori Rotis. This recipe also I tried many times in a nearby restaurant and make the recipe myself. Today I'm going to share my own creation of Mughlai Chicken recipe.
Badam means "Almond" and "Kesar" means "Saffron". This is a milk full of "Almond" paste and "Saffron". This badam flavored milk is very rich and energetic drink for summer. And the wonderful flavor of saffron enhance its taste.

Today I'm going to share another summer beverage recipe 'Chikoo Milkshake'. Chikoo is a famous fruit of summer, this also known as Sapota Or Sobeda in different region in India. This fruit can be used as it is or in milkshake or in fruit salad etc. Ripe Chikoos are very sweet in taste and melt in mouth. Some time you do not need to add extra sugar in your milkshake. In Bengali culture, people says, Payesh is the best sweet item to celebrate any good news. Such as birthdays, anniversary, rice ceremony, marraiges or even for the baby showers. And for the worship to the God, Payesh is the must Bhog item to be dedicated. Payesh is be made with a special Flavorful Rice, which is named as Gobindobhog Rice, but if you are unable to find this rice, go on with good quality Basmati Rice Or Kalijeera Rice. Today I'm going to share the recipe of special payesh which is called 'Poromanno Or Bhoger Payesh', which is little different from regular Payesh recipe. I've adopted this recipe from my Grand Mother(father's mom). I always prefer to make cakes at home rather than buying from the baker's shops. I never could find the homemade cake taste in the store bought cakes. And I always love the wonderful smells during the baking. And when it comes to the Chocolate Cake, my kitchen smells heavenly while baking. I love the Chocolate cakes without any nuts, but My hubby, he will never have any Cakes without Tutty Fruity & Nuts. So this cake contains lots of Tutty Fruity & Chopped Nuts.
