Homemade Pizza Crust Or Pizza Dough
The bottom of the pizza, called the "crust", may vary widely according to style—thin as in a typical hand-tossed pizza or Roman pizza, or thick as in a typical pan pizza or Chicago-style pizza. It is traditionally plain, but may also be seasoned with garlic or herbs, or stuffed with cheese..
Steps to Prepare
Take 1 cup of warm water. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar to it and then add the yeast and mix well. Now put the cup into the microwave for 10 minutes to raise the yeast. But do not turn on the microwave.
After 10 minutes remove the cup and the yeast water will make foam.
Now take a large container and put the flour, add salt and the 1 cup yeast water and make a very soft dough.
Add few drops of oil on the surface of the dough and put a lid on the container with dough and place in the microwave for 2 hours. (But do not turn on the microwave) .
After 2 hours remove the container and kneed the dough for 2 minutes on a plain surface with some flour on the surface.
Again place the container with lid inside the microwave for another 2 hours.
Again after 2 hours remove the container and kneed the dough for 2 minutes on a plain surface with some flour on the surface. Now your "Pizza Dough" is ready to use.
