Mohabbat Ka Sharbat

Sharbat Pyar Mohabbat wala, when a food/drink item named after an emotion, there must be something. Just like this drink. This is actually Watermelon based drink which is being sweetened with Rose syrup and served with ice cubes and rose petals. The base of this Sharbat is chilled milk. This drink we had only once during our Delhi trip in 2015 on September. And who has been already in Delhi, know very well that till October, it's scorching hot in Delhi. This drink we had just opposite Jama Masjid. I don't remember the shop's name, but there was a huge line in front of the shop. The drink was true Summer quencher, it just refreshed all our tiring travel all over the city. After having this, I made it my must have drink all over the Watermelon season. And it is not very difficult to make, and you can easily skip adding sugar. And best if you can pour over the glassful of ice, just Sharbat on the rocks, right! So the recipe need, milk (preferably skimmed), water melon juice, rose syrup (I've used Rooh Afza) and few rose petals, watermelon and ice pieces to decorate. Not only as summer drink, this Sharbat can be served during Muslim Festivals also. Sharbat Pyar Mohabbat Wala isn't it a beautiful name? Let's check for the recipe.
